wifi compatibility issue

sometimes, the wifi card (Pretec) has problem w/ the DHCP of some wireless router (e.g. Cisco). setting a longer DHCP timeout may help:

• /etc/pcmcia/network.opts
• find the DHCP TIMEOUT and change it to 100
